This patch lead set is used when converting your MR2 Roadster from the 1ZZ engine to the 2ZZ engine
Remove your 1ZZ ECU, Plug in this patch lead then plug in the 2ZZ ECU. This lead gives the extra plug for 'Lift'
*Compatibale with the UK imobiliser, Simply Leave the ECU Plugged in with your ignition on for 30minutes to re-code your original key/chip.
Leaving the ignition on for 30 minutes with the cars current keys also codes the ECU (aslong as the imob wires have been left in)
- Plug new to that car ECU in
- Put car on trickle charger
- use original key to turn ignition on
- leave 30 minutes
- press lock and unlock on key
- start engine
- put second key in ignition
- lock and unlock
- start engine
