Tool Steel Cylinder Head Studs
DP manufactures ONLY tool steel and stainless steel Billet engine studs from Uddeholm extruded bars with the highest quality.
The machining and the thread rolling operation is done after heat-treat, which accounts for the highest possible fatigue strength CNC-threading machines are employed to accurately tap the threads in nuts.
All studs are centerless ground to ensure that they are perfectly concentric All nuts are also made as pre-hardened billet pcs and all head types are cnc machined (not forged either cold or hot) Billet engine studs are low volume production maximum accuracy components with the upsolute hardness stability and material structure.
