Zircotec Exhaust Manifold Coatings

**This service is based on a 4 Cylinder Compact manifold**

You will need to send your Exhaust manifold to us or straight to Zircotec for this process to be carried out. A high performance exhaust system coatings have been developed to prevent heat loss from the exhaust system and protect surrounding components. These thermal barrier coatings are applied via a plasma-spray application once your exhaust system has undergone our surface preparation process.

Our proprietary ceramic based coatings coatings can be applied equally well to new and used exhaust systems. Our thermal barrier coating can be applied to most metals & metal alloys including all types of steel, titanium, nickel, chrome, nickel alloys, aluminium, copper and brass.

The Performance Colours™ range is the Zircotec proprietary range of high temperature quality finishes for our ThermoHold® based ceramic coating.

It provides similar levels of performance to our Performance White™ coating, with a surface finish that is robust, easily maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
